Mick's birthday weekend

Very busy weekend to celebrate my birthday....
First we cycled back down to the zoo as the pandas are finally out of quarantine. Funi still stayed indoors though as she's a little shy but Wang Wang couldn't help but play up to the crowds

We then went to Red Ochre restaurant on the Torrens - a really cool view over the river and Adelaide. The salt bush lamb was amazing and Caroline loved her dessert!!!

On Sunday we went into town to watch the pre-event for the Tour Down Under cycling race. Over 100,000 people lined the course around Rymill park in central Adelaide and saw Greg Henderson of Team Sky take out the win. The race had many of the world's best cyclist like Lance Armstrong, Cadel Evans and George Hincapie

At one point 2 former tour de france winners broke away- Oscar Pereiro and Lance Armstrong
